For holiday work... I would strongly encourage you to focus on maintaining a diary of the events, where you have been. What they were like... focus on feeling and the experience! Alongside this capture as many photos and video clips so that these can be made into a powerpoint, video or other form of presentation that they can work on when they return. This is the type of presentation that will last a lifetime!
Learning about better vocabulary... use the dictionary to help you understand the meanings. Create some paragraphs of descriptive writing and use these words in your writing.

Become an expert general knowledge whiz! Visit Homework Maps Page and start learning about countries and capitals. Think about how you will learn these... how will you show these?
Write poetry... visit our Poetry Focus Page choose some of the different styles and write your own versions for inclusion in our Anthology Book. Please remember to be fussy on your proofreading and the standard of language used.
